Rebirth into the Soul.

This was technically my first painting on canvas. Before painting I was a pencil artist and painting was something that frustrated me. But I started in the beginning of 2022/end of 2021 with this because the hummingbird inspired me. Dizzy in a petal of a flower from drinking too much nectar. I related with the bird because I truly feel we are given so much. What is life other than a life to live. Where the only thing we have to do is spend energy to do something - to fulfill some purpose. If that's all why don't we simply do so?

This painting signified my own process with finding myself as a painter and an adult out in the real world.
